The terms of booking will be discussed with you whilst making your appointment. The payment of your booking deposit is your agreement to the 'terms' of the booking.
You must be over the age of 21 years old to receive any treatment we offer at The Face Aesthetics Clinic. We may ask for proof of age should our practitioners have reason to doubt this.
If you do not attend your appointment without 48 hours weekday notice (Bank Holidays excluded) your booking deposit will be forfeited.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours weekday notice (Bank Holidays excluded) will result in your booking deposit being forfeited. To book another appointment with us will require an additional deposit.
We schedule our appointments to ensure each client can be treated with care, and that safety measures are adhered to. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you will need to rebook your appointment and pay a new booking deposit. Your original deposit will be forfeited.

All of our treatments require a medical history to be taken along with informed consent. You will be asked to sign relevant treatment forms prior to treatment and any subsequent visits to our clinic.
It is a professional and lawful requirement that before and after photos are taken. This allows a clear indication of effectiveness of the treatment you receive.

Some treatments may not be suitable for you. This can be because of an underlying medical condition, or the treatment may not be deemed right for you aesthetically by our practitioners.
We always aim to offer alternative solutions should your chosen treatment not be appropriate. This also may include referral to another aesthetic practitioner.
If we do not feel it is safe or appropriate to continue with treatment, we reserve the right to refuse.

Most of our treatments include injections to the skin. Whenever the skin is punctured there’s a risk of bruising and swelling. Our practitioners are highly skilled and do their clinical best to ensure veins are avoided, though it’s impossible to avoid all underlying structures of the skin.
It’s our advice to time your treatments, to avoid any special occasions within a 14-day period of a procedure. This should ensure that any residual bruising or swelling, if experienced, has subsided following your injection treatments.
We will discuss appropriate aftercare with you at the end of your appointment and you will be given information to support this. It is vital that you follow this advice to ensure your treatment works effectively and any possible risks and side-effects are minimised.

Our vitamin injections are prescription only medications. A full medical history and informed consent is required before treatment can go ahead. You may be required to seek advice from your G.P prior to treatment, and it is our advice that you inform your G.P of any treatment received by us. Alternatives are always discussed, and we may refuse treatment if you're unsuitable. No results or outcomes can be guaranteed as each person can respond differently to the same treatment.
Once your appointment date and time has been confirmed no changes or refunds are available for these treatments.
Vitamin shot packages to be taken-up within:
- Vitamin B12 shots to be used within 6 months from first shot
- Vitamin C shots to be used within 6 months from first shot
- Vitamin D shots to be used within 9 months from first shot
Your deposit is paid at the time of booking your appointment. You will be sent a secure payment link via text message, and you can pay by visa debit or credit card.
The balance of your treatment is taken at your appointment and you can pay by either cash, debit or credit card. Cheque payments are not accepted.
A deposit of £60 is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, though it’s deducted from your final treatment cost.
If you’re booking a vitamin B12, C or D shot, the full treatment cost is paid at the time of booking.

Should you attend your appointment, and treatment is deemed not appropriate, your booking deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
